It is said that childhood is a pleasant aspect of out
life. It is called base of our life. We can experience pleasure of playing
games, singing and dancing. It is the base of childhood education. However, I
didn’t have pleasant childhood.
Unlike others, I studied in a government
school. Open field was school, sake of rice was bench, a wooden plank was my
desk, a large number of children and only a teacher. All the primary classes
were cared by that single teacher. Playing things were beyond our expectation.
Singing was practiced a little but dancing was not possible because all of us
were often ashamed in that country environment. I spent my childhood among the
children of my village. We used to climb the trees, swim in the rivers and
ponds, and chased each other through narrow ways and gaps of the houses. After
all, I lived among pleasures of the country life until I departed to the town
for high school and college studies.
